When Momoshiro saw that his son, Minishiro, just wanted to live a life free from responsibility (and soccer), some strings were pulled at the Momoshiro Corp.™ to grant him his own team. The Cherry Pickers are a ragtag crew of professional and intense party animals for hire. They have one objective: not to win but to convince the obnoxious trust-fund nepo baby to leave the sweet embrace of laziness. The players, or chéris as they call themselves, are more interested in after-parties than after-tackles; this team is as likely to be seen sleeping hungover on the pitch as playing s-ball. The Cherry Pickers are infamous for their halftime parties and their uncanny ability to dodge responsibility (and, usually, the ball). But is Minishiro really the one being played here? They say a cherry never falls far from the tree.
