Description

A small-time Philadelphia team gets a supremely rare chance to compete in the greatest league in the world. Maybe even in the USA! The beloved underdogs, Philly's Nutz, train by running up the stadium steps and beating frozen soccer balls inside butcher freezers. Though united by their love of Rocky and shouting at refs, they're divided by cheesesteak rivalry. Every warm-up includes below-the-belt air-boxing and a gourmet hoagie chugging, but it’s probably just a coincidence that Momoshiro Corp™ has just reinstated the Balboa Initiative™. Let's just hope they can beat their greatest rivals: Themselves.
